COMA18 Joint Stock Company brings nearly 60 years of experience in construction and development. As a diversified enterprise, the Company operates across key sectors including mechanical engineering, construction, hydropower, transportation infrastructure, services, trading, and real estate. Recognized as one of the pioneering enterprises successfully investing in industrial clusters since 2005, COMA18 has identified industrial park real estate as its strategic core business.

Following the completion of the State divestment process in 2016, COMA18 underwent a strong transformation, focusing on its core business areas: industrial park infrastructure investment, real estate development, and civil and industrial construction. Overcoming challenges during the restructuring period, the Company has gradually reaffirmed its capabilities through the successful implementation of large-scale projects.
